Seasons change and so have we. OuiSource Inc. is now OSIFashions. Don't worry it’s just the name that's evolved you'll receive the same extraordinary service you've come to expect from the folks at the Purple Planet. We are an online store that ships anywhere in the UNITED STATES, CANADA, the U.K and to most islands in the CARIBBEAN. We do not have physical locations. All our stock is housed though Virtual Warehouses around the world. We thank you for continuing the journey with us.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following information apply only to the use of this website and transactions conducted via the website.
Orders can be placed by using one of the following methods.
- Go to our official website www.osifashions.com and place and pay for your order there. You will receive an order confirmation in your email. The invoice is sent to one of our Virtual Warehouses for fulfillment where the products are gathered and packaged for shipment. Unless stated otherwise all orders have a 4-8 business day processing period. Please note processing begins the day the payment is credited to our account. If your payment is made on a weekend or holiday it will be processed the next business day. OSIFashions do NOT process orders on the weekend or on public holidays. If you have an in-hand date (a date you need the order by/before) please let us know. If your need date is inside the processing and shipping time DO NOT place your order. Once an order is submitted it cannot be cancelled. Contact us so we can advise you of alternate ordering options. OSIFashions do not take orders if there is a need date we cannot facilitate. We offer faster shipping services at an additional cost.
- Send an email to [email protected]. The subject should say NEW ORDER and the body of the email should contain your Full Name, Shipping Address, Billing Address, Item Number/Link to the item, Color, Size, Quantity and your payment method. Payments can be made using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. If you’re using a debit card it should have the Visa/Mastercard logo on the front. You will receive an invoice within 24-48 hours and once payment is made another confirming payment received. The invoice is sent to one of our Virtual Warehouses for fulfillment where the products are gathered and packaged for shipment. United States: Shipping to the USA is standard 7-14 days after the order has been processed and has left the Virtual Warehouse. If you have an in-hand date (a date you need the order by/before) please let us know. If the in-hand date falls OUTSIDE of our processing and shipping time, please let us know. We offer faster shipping services at an additional cost. There are times when a multi-product order will ship from various suppliers. You have the option of waiting for all pieces to come into our New York drop off location THEN forwarded to you in total or we can ship them as they arrive. In most cases there are no additional shipping fees. All orders within the USA are sent to our local hub in NYC for quality check then forwarded onto their final destination. We want to make sure you receive the best quality. If you wish for the order to be sent directly to you without being quality checked please indicate so on your order and we will oblige. Please be aware the current state of the direct-from-factory to door item is the sole responsibility of the customer. OSIFashions also relinquishes all liability for the order in the event it is damaged enroute to its final destination.
Caribbean: Shipping to all Caribbean locations is standard and is 10-16 business days after the order has processed and left the warehouse. If you have an in-hand date (a date you need the order by/before) please let us know. We offer faster shipping services at an additional cost. Please note we try to advise you on the location of your order every step of the way. Once it reaches our freight forwarder in Miami the shipment starts the customs process. Depending on what island you are on, the number of packages being processed the shipment containing your order might breeze through customs to our Kingston pick up location or it might be delayed. We have no control over customs and their processing times. OSIFashions also relinquishes all liability for the order in the event it is damaged enroute to its final destination.
- Jamaica Customers who live in Jamaica and place orders are afforded the use of our courier shipping addresses. These orders are not shipped directly to the on island shipping address but instead to our Florida courier location. Once the order arrives at that destination it is then processed through the Jamaican customs system. The order is then shipped to KINGSTON JAMAICA and sent to our courier location for delivery/pickup. There are times when a multi-product order will ship from various suppliers. You can opt to pick them up individually or wait until all the items arrive. We can arrange with local on island couriers to deliver orders for us. Some of them can deliver your order straight to your door. The Knutsford Express delivers packages to their hub for pick-up. Your quoted charge from OSIFashions only applies as far as the order landing on the island specifically Kingston Jamaica. All courier fees and charges are paid directly to the courier. You can opt to pick-up your order free of charge. Please have a valid ID ready. OSIFashions also relinquishes all liability for the order in the event it is damaged enroute to its final destination.
- Trinidad & Tobago Customers who live in Trinidad & Tobago and place orders are afforded the use of our courier shipping addresses. These orders are not shipped directly to the on island shipping address but instead to our Florida courier location. Once the order arrives at that destination it is then processed through the Jamaican customs system. The order is then shipped to TRINIDAD & TOBAGO and sent to our courier location in PORT OF SPAIN for delivery/pickup. There are times when a multi-product order will ship from various suppliers. You can opt to pick them up individually or wait until all the items arrive. We can arrange with local on island couriers to deliver orders for us. Some of them can deliver your order straight to your door straight to your door. OSIFashions also relinquishes all liability for the order in the event it is damaged enroute to its final destination.
- Antigua & Barbuda Customers who live in Trinidad & Tobago and place orders are afforded the use of our courier shipping addresses. These orders are not shipped directly to the on island shipping address but instead to our Florida courier location. Once the order arrives at that destination it is then processed through the Jamaican customs system. The order is then shipped to ST.JOHNS ANTIGUA and sent to our courier location on OLD PARHAM ROAD for delivery/pickup. There are times when a multi-product order will ship from various suppliers. You can opt to pick them up individually or wait until all the items arrive. We can arrange with local on island couriers to deliver orders for us. Some of them can deliver your order straight to your door. straight to your door. PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy sets out how OSIFashions uses and protects any information that you give OSIFashions when you use this website. OSIFashions is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. In the event specific information is requested from you for identification purposes while using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. OSIFashions does not share or forward your personal information. Please check this page from time to time for any updates or changes to this policy.
RETURN POLICY
OSIFashions has a NO RETURN POLICY. The only time an exception is made is if the wrong item was sent or the item you receive doesn’t match the description of what you ordered. Please be aware we photo and video ALL incoming and outgoing merchandise.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. Orders paid via credit or debit cards are subject to verification through the credit card processor. That can take an additional 24-72 business hours before the funds are released to us. That is a fraud prevention procedure implemented to protect the consumer and alleviate fraudulent chargebacks. We have no control over that. Once this process is completed OSIFashions begins processing on your order.

Due to the nature of our business (the online location) we are asking that you DO NOT DEPOSIT/TRANSFER PAYMENT to our account unless you’ve read all the following information. By making payment on this invoice you acknowledge that you've read all the Term & Conditions. Invoiced items are reserved with the expectation of payment thus removing the items from available stock. If there's no response to the sent invoice within 24 HOURS or no payment made you will receive a final, follow up message. In the event there is still no response the invoice will be cancelled, and you’ll be banned from placing orders with OSIFashions. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE IMMEDIATELY. If there are any delays, please contact us via WhatsApp or by replying via email on the invoice you were sent Once a deposit/payment is made order processing starts and there are NO REFUNDS! The only time an exception is made is if the wrong item was sent or the item you receive doesn’t match the description of what you ordered.
Please be aware we use media devices to access all incoming and outgoing orders. That is done to protect the integrity of OSIFashions and so neither party is subjected to inferior merchandise.
